We had to bring our 2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS22mle in for a potential issue with our roof. Along with a minor black tank flush connection leak. Anthony our service contact was and is VERY helpful and on top of our repair as they fixed the flush issue, but we await a response from grand design on the roof. We were alittle afraid of how we maybe treated since we didn’t purchase our RV there. When we came in, the lady at the welcome desk said hello with a smile and was super friendly….and sent us toward service. Anthony immediately said hello and asked if I was Suzi Last name removed and immediately got to work on our repair. He was very helpful and I can tell being a retired retailer, he’s passionate about his customers no matter where they purchased there or not as he may see me as a future customer and that is correct! Frankly, we were pleased to see this General RV dealership come to this area.

David Skelton did an excellent job taking me through the trailer and all it features which ultimately was the reason that I made the decision to purchase. The delivery and walk-through was also good except I would suggest that with the Brinkley Trailer’s that have back up camera and TPMS that you guys consider setting that up for the owner as well. Missing a drawer for the spices was easily replaced.
I came into General RV thinking I was going to buy a new camper. Well they had a used Imagine camper and it was just meant for me!

Quick service
We worked with Chris & Frank in service & they both provided excellent customer service. We had a critical care issue on two consecutive days & they worked us in & fixed it the same days so that our travel plans were not delayed much further. Chris communicated really well & explained all the details to me. I talked to Frank on the phone when I made the initial appointment & worked with Chris while we were here.
I give them both 10 out of 10 stars & highly recommended working with them & hence General RV.
