You have staff members who go above to help you out but you also have some that are just there for check but all in all very good experiences.

the service department is friendly and helpful. they understand that we are not the experts and it is a lot of money to maintain our RV. they are very good at keeping us updated on the progress

We truly like the Grand Design Reflection Fifth Wheel 337 RLS. The 2025 model has many amenities that weren't present in the 2022 model. Patrick is a fantastic listener and service oriented salesperson!!

All the staff we worked with were very friendly and helped us with our choice of our new trailer. Brenden was very patient with us when showing us the Keystone Outback and answered all our questions. Gary who did the walk through when we picked up our trailer and went above and beyond taking care of us. Some items we purchased were put in the wrong unit and we found this out after we brought our Outback home. Gary personally drove our items from Birch Run to our house in Marysville which is an hour and a half drive one way so we didn't have to drive back to Birch Run and get them. We were going camping that weekend so that was a real time saver for us since we were busy moving things to our new trailer and getting it ready for camping.
