Our salesman, Emery, listened to every single must haves on our list, staying under weight and length and of course staying in line with our budget. He moved 2 different units for us, gave us our options and after many phone conversations and texts, we were able to choose the perfect home away from home. The sales managers, Scottie and Tim both did everything possible to make us happy including giving us the best price, discounts and perks with such high class services. Not to mention they gave us top dollar for our trade in! General RV has always been a place where my family has bought campers and i can confidently say we are thrilled and pleased to be a next generation family buying our camper at General RV family.

The explanations in the RV were very useful in terms of where things are located and how things work, such as light switches, etc.
The finance person was fine, however the paperwork was overwhelming.
Couldn't have asked for better service. We were traveling when we needed repairs. When I first called, I was told appointments were a couple weeks out. After explaining my situation, I was transferred to Adam who assured me they would do their best to work us in. We got our rig towed in and they were able to get us in within a dew days. Alec, our service rep was great at keeping us informed as to the status and we picked up the unit a few days later.
We have purchased numerous RVs from different dealerships. This was by far the best experience. We hired an RV Tech - Jason Floyd - Who worked with Cassidy Murray our sales representative. Everything he found that needed to be addressed was personally inspected by Cassidy before we showed up to close. This was the very important to me.
Secondly, Andrea, Rob, and I can’t remember our technician’s name, were all professional and positively represented General RV.
Closing process had a hiccup with a lost credit application and insurance information, but you recover well and I have no complaints.
