On the day of delivery, everyone from the ladies at the reception desk, our demo specialist, our coordinator, parts staff and service staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Impressive delivery process including, simple sales + financial transaction, new RV prep by the service team, thorough coordination and walkthrough by the delivery team, assistance with transfer of goods from our motorcoach to the new 5th Wheel by the porter team and, last but not least, transportation of the RV to our homestead by the DTC team. The General RV store in Ocala, FL bent over backwards to make things right - - and we are grateful!

How friendly and patient everyone was to us. We have a special needs son that was with us and our salesman David Brown took his time to show us rv’s that met our needs for our son.

How each and every person has their own job, so not everything is put onto one person. They give you their undivided attention to make sure everything is up to standard. It was also a great atmosphere in elizabethtown we loved the whole process!
