After riding the same road bike consistently since 2017, I've been to many mechanics for tune ups. Until this experience, I've always left feeling like I wasted my money.

Very friendly staff. Even though there was a hiccup at the warehouse backend after the order was placed, the manager Chris was fortunately able to salvage the situation for us. Everyone was pleasant to interact with. We only wish they were located closer to us, but we will still use them for any significant service/repairs if necessary.

I was assisted by Jake, who was extremely knowledgeable about the trek products and was able to ask great questions to help figure out what equipment was best for my situation. My bike was then serviced by Chris who also helped check out my order. He was great at explaining the work that had been done and answered all of my follow up questions about services and which additional bike accessories were worth purchasing now or waiting until later to upgrade. I would recommend seeing these two gentlemen for all your biking needs.
I really appreciate that serviced my non trek kids ebike and were knowledgeable and clear when providing details for the issue I needed addressed and even brought up somethings I hadn't notice like the tire needing to be trued and making some other small adjustments. I will definitely be going back the customer service was great and welcoming.
