As always, the Service Department went above and beyond replacing two tires under warranty due to bubbles in each tire and performed a level one maintenance check on my bike in only two hours. Living over 45 miles from the store it is awesome to only make on trip to Boise for maintenance on my bikes. There was a cost for installation of upgraded tires, sealant, and new valve stems, which I gladly paid. I expected a $200 cost and was amazed to pay only $38.
I bought a new bike tire a few months ago and it blew out (the tire not tube). The service guys submitted a warranty claim for me and got it approved! Super professional and helpful, thank you so much!
Willingness to service any bike upon drop off. No need to schedule the service for several weeks out. Staff goes through the bike with you, detailing the services that will and need to be performed. Techs are friendly and not snotty bike guys, at the same time, they now their stuff. Extremely helpful.

I liked the customer service. Walked in and was helped right away. They were able to get the repairs done that day. The technician recognized that some minor adjustments needed to be done for safety and took care of it.
Every time I have to hit the service department when "On the road" actually riding the techs will somehow get me back out there rollin' ...same day. That's bomb! Scott always is looking out for secondary issues on repairs and takes care of it at the moment. I keep returning because they understand that service is the bike AND the customer . Another great experience in a long list of great ones. Took my wife's non-Trek e-bike in around 1:30 with crazy loud front and back brake squealing. Was fearing the worst, especially since my wife rides her bike everywhere, every day. They immediately popped it on the stand for a quick assessment. Determined I needed new pads and I had the bike back within 4 hours during a very busy day for them. ALWAYS great at this store and I recommend it to all my friends. What I love best is all the mechanics are extremely well factory-trained so I am 100% confident in the result. Thanks Trek.

I purchased a new road bike from Michael, who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. He patiently answered all of my questions, guided me through the setup process, and never made me feel pressured in any way.
