I am not a hardcore cyclist, I like to go into a store and be taken care without the assumption that I know anything or without judgement that I don't know anything. All that staff at Trek Bicycles have been patient and kind with my questions; knowledgeable and forthcoming with their responses.
It wasn't easy getting my bike as I had certain requests and a deadline. Even though, that does not require an emergency response on their end, the folks at Trek, especially Zach worked hard to make sure all had proper communication and that my bike would have all of the things requested.
Mark made sure the bike pass inspection until he was satisfied with the shifting (because I had something changed) among other things.
Even when there was a delay or a snafu, Zach took the high road and made the uncomfortable calls to let me know.
Not only do I like all of the staff, I trust them. I feel like I was taken care of and more importantly, so was my bike. :)

I greatly appreciate the entire staff in the service department. I’m not good at remembering names and even worse at repairing my bike, but each time I’ve been in the store, I feel I’m receiving honest work. I’m never over sold, there are times my grandiose self might choose a more expensive option but always given the more reasonable options. I really, really enjoy the conversations, cycling advice and suggestions on anything bike related. They are just some good guys to talk with about cycling.

Super helpful staff. Walked me through getting a helmet for my 11 y/o son. After purchasing they helped with the final finishing touches to adjust the helmet for a perfect fit.
I like the rebranding from Bontrager to Trek on shoe’s and helmets. The staff is always incredibly helpful at the San Marcos CA store!
