You did not take weeks to repair my bike. The work was done in one day. You went the extra mile to make sure I had a charger and a new chain. I really appreciate that. You fixed the blinking lights on my gears without making it a big deal out of it. You were very kind and respectful.

Service is always very friendly
I was kept informed during the process of service and replacing parts. I was guided to a replacement part for a piece that is no longer available through us distribution sources. My bike came out wonderful and seems brand new though it is a 2015 model. Thanks to the service techs!
