i was impressed by the one day service. They did a good job and it was on time. They really tried to accommodate my needs. They communicated by text as promised when the work was done. They made a special effort to get the job done on a saturday (same day I brought it in) as there were no service technicians scheduled on Sunday. This enabled me to complete a planned ride on Monday morning.
The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Both Jen and Scott went above and beyond to help us explore bike options for my wife and get my bike tuned same-day so I wouldn’t have to make another second trip to the Tri-Cities from Walla Walla to pick up my bike.
I’ve been to this shop a few times now and will continue doing business with them because of the staff and the quality of work they put into their services.
