After my mechanic of 20 years moved to Bentonville, AR, I've had a hard time finding a new bike mechanic that I can trust. Decided I would give Trek (in El Dorado Hills) a try. The last two times I've brought my bike in to be tuned before a big race, the crew has it dialed in- with no problems. Fast, competent service. Luke, especially, is excellent.
Gloria was evenhanded in discussing products. When she did learn she was in error, she stepped up and said so. It cost her the sale but won a long term customer.
Also there wasn't a hassle refunding my 1,200+ deposit

Whenever I walk in, a staff member offers a friendly welcome. And if I bring in my bike with a flat tire or other issue, it's usually fixed on the spot. I really appreciate that.
Our sales person, Omar, was great. Very knowledgeable about the bikes. He really cared about making sure everything felt oerfect fir us when we bought our bikes. He went out of his way to get us set up. We bought 2 bikes. We had a problem with one of our chargers, it wasn't working, and he was going to drive to our house to fix the problem. If you're looking to buy a bikes at Trek in Santa Clarita, ask fur Omar.
