Ease of parking, not having to stress over airport parking. Friendly helpful staff
Everything ran very smoothly. Thank you
It was great. The shuttle was easy to find I made for an easy pick up.
Very prompt
I like the convenient, safe parking while you are traveling. I also love the professional shuttle drivers as well. They are very helpful!!
Very easy to reserve and enter and park. The shuttle was very prompt and the drivers were both professional, helpful and friendly.
We use a really great parking garage at the Little Rock airport. This one in Houston was almost as good. The pick up was a little slow for JFK. There were plenty of Will Clayton buses. The driver service and parking spots were good.
My husband left his phone on our vehicle and didn’t realize until we got to the terminal. The driver took him down to where he could catch the shuttle back to our car, they had a shuttle waiting for him to make the return trip back to the terminal. The driver’s from The Parking Spot East went out of their way to ensure my husband made it back to the terminal so we didn’t have to worry about missing our flight.
Good friendly service, convenient shuttle to the airport
Close to the airport, conveniently accessible and gets us to the departure area quickly. Also pickup from the terminal is fast too.
Convenient and on time
Smooth from beginning to end. Super helpful drivers!
Frequent shuttles, easy reservations, good prices
Pickup and delivery to airport and covered parking for your auto is great.
Convenient to airport and generally reasonably priced...but not always.
Convenient location. Efficient pick ups.
Quick pick up and plenty of spaces
Parking Spot has become our go-to choice for long term parking at the airport. You consistently hit all the important elements of what matters to me:
- your prices are very competitive
- you give me the option of covered or open parking
- your shuttles are always nearby when I arrive and pickup is quick
- the trips to and from the airport are courteous and efficient
- drop-off service is a breeze
- the lot is secure and I feel safe leaving my vehicle there while I'm gone
So - literally everything you'd want from a parking service, you guys deliver. There's no reason to look anywhere else.
Efficient, convenient, friendly service with covered spaces… a must in FL
Easy and quick
Dependable and timely shuttle service
Convenience of location and speed of service.
The employees are very helpful, nice, price is right and the shuttles arrive fast.
Very friendly staff and professional service.
east to schedule online, checking, and speck out. like the tracker in how the app shows where busses are located when waiting to be picked up.
Friendly and efficient service. Secured parking!
I like the location and generally the experience is great. However being a frequent traveler, I am noticing that the wait time at the airport to get a shuttle back to my vehicle is increasing. Which means business is good, however I get the feeling you are having a hard time finding people to work in your organization. The key is finding the right balance.
We love the convenience and not having to worry about our vehicle while we are gone.
Being able to reserve a parking spot and not worry about finding a place to park at the last minute and the location is very convenient.
Stress free arrival to airport.
