How easy it is.
From the minute you arrive at the Parking Spot everything thing runs smooth and effortless. You are out of your car, into the shuttle and on your merry way. You are greeted by smiling faces and a cold bottle of water upon your exit.
Convenience
Convenience of the shuttle. My wait times for a shuttle were at max 2 minutes! Location was easy to find. I prefer parking in lots over garages.

Very Easy Access & Quick pickup
Decent cost , friendly drivers. If I could suggest something MCI (Kansas City) when you go to be pick ed up to be taken to your car , you don’t know where to stand. On our last trip we were second from the front of the line and the driver stopped at the rear of the line , so the people in the back of the line loaded and we had to wait. When the next shuttle showed up people we waiving here to get the driver pull up to the front of the line. I don’t know if it’s an airport issue or a parking spot issue or both. But it needs to be addressed , how about a sign saying load here for parking spot.

Went smoothly and right on time. No delays.
It is so easy to make reservations, to check in, and the shuttle picks you up very quickly. The return process is so easy as you are given a ticket with your parking space number and they take you right to your car. Some drivers are more helpful than others in getting your luggage on and off the shuttle but this isn't a major issue for me.

Everything is so easy. From booking on line, pickup and transfer to the airport to pickup at the airport upon returning from a trip. I love the specials you frequently run.

With premium the shuttle is right there ready when I get out of my car. Return was on a Sunday morning and the shuttle was there at baggage claim, which was convenient and it was empty which was nice ride back to the lot.
