I want to specifically single out Tony for assistance “above and beyond” the other evening. We arrived at around 7:45 Tuesday evening, August 25, after a three-week European trip. We were anxious to beat our 8 PM exit time and get home to Colorado Springs, but our 2026 Highlander’s battery drained. After a frustrating ordeal contacting AAA and waiting for the AAA driver who showed up after 10:30 PM without jumper cables, Tony retrieved a battery pack and got our vehicle started. He did more to get us on the road than did the AAA driver. When I told Tony that I had wanted to exit by 8 PM to avoid extra charges he told me they’d waive the extra time and raised the arm when we exited. Tony “saved the day,” or at least our night. Please let him know we truly appreciated his assistance during that ordeal.
Easy access to the lot with plenty of parking. The shuttle was quick to pick us up and take us to the airport and vice versa.
Generally a great experience. I have been parking at Austin West for years. Only recurring hiccup is when eastbound on 71 if I am in a left lane it can be really hard to get all the way over to the right and into the facility if there is alot of traffic coming from the west. Otherwise, great facility and friendly pickup drivers.

The bus came to pick us up at our parking location very quickly, and our driver Mike (both to/from the airport) was very kind and helped us with our luggage. Checkout process was very easy and quick!

Parking Spot South was really easy to access, easy to use the check in and check out functions on the app, and the gate personnel were super helpful with directions and driver assistance getting our bags loaded was cheerful! An overall exceptional experience heading out of DFW and coming back.
