Convenience of it. The guy (black guy) that picked us up on Dec 22 around 10:30ish pm didn’t even say a word to us or anybody and seemed like he was miserable. No personality. Maybe have some training for drivers to be personable to their customers regardless what time of day it is or maybe they don’t need to work there. Other than that, I’m pleased and use The Parking Spot every time I have to fly somewhere.

The Parking Spot is TOO convenient and wonderful!! We have used this company more than a handful of times and it is always consistently great. Picked up from my car, taken to the right terminal at the airport, get back and picked up IMMEDIATELY from the outside of the airport and driven DIRECTLY to my car. It is too perfectly executed! The newer features in the app that allow you to see where the driver is and alerts them that you are in the area and need a ride was impressive. 10000/10 stars! Thanks so much!
The parking spot app is a must have. You can pre arrange your reservation according to your flight times. Checking in and checking out is a breeze.
Quick and convenient parking.
We were able to park our car in a covered parking space. Easy in and out of the location. The shuttle drivers were professional and handled our bags loading and unloading. I would highly recommend The Parking Spot!
The parking, along with the shuttle are so convenient with such a great price! Jerry and Paul were our shuttle drivers and both were so excellent in helping us get our bags on and off the shuttle and even making sure we remembered all of our travel documents and locked our car.
