Guest Testimonials

Great location, shuttles run every 5 minutes or so.

It’s easy to make an online reservation, check-in, parking spot, and pickup. Thank you, I appreciate it!

Always great and convenient

I am a single woman who travels alone. It’s easy comfortable and I always feel safe. It’s also affordable. Takes the stress away of having to use an Uber or have somebody to take me to the airport at some unreasonable hour. I highly recommend the service.

Easy to use, quick pick up and drop off!
And the free water is a nice touch!

I like the simple reservation process and the ease of getting to and from the airport. Price is right as well

Friendly drivers, quick service, and reasonable prices.

I enjoy using the Parking Spot. It's handy and very easy.

Easy in, easy out.

Always a pleasant experience

Courteous employees fast service and proximity to airport

I like knowing that my car is safe while I am away. The check-in is very easy and the bus gets me to the airport quickly. When I return the bus picks me up and takes me me to my car.

Friendly, courteous, helpful drivers. Someone is always available to assist customers at entrance & exits (except in late night hours).

My wife and I just used The Parking Spot North for the first time. We had an early morning flight from BWI and did not want to stand around one of the Long Term Parking lots in the dark waiting for the bus.
We arrived at The Parking Spot as scheduled, the gate attendant directed us to a location, the shuttle was waiting, the driver loaded our suitcases and, we were at the airport within minutes. On our return, we went to the terminal designated pickup area, the shuttle arrived within a minute, the driver again loaded our bags and shortly thereafter we were in our car driving home.
Total cost, slightly less than Long Term Parking.
The personnel were great and so much easier. Highly recommend.

Easy

Convenient from the highway, the options of covered/uncovered as well as fast pickup and drop-off.

convenient, easy

Convenient, pricing versus other options, reliability of the buses. Fast drop off and pick up.

They come and pick you up when you arrive at your designated parking spot, without any wait time. Drop off to location and when you arrive back and are ready to be picked back up,the wait time was less than 5 mins. I was taken right back to my vehicle, not a general designated location for everyone. Very safe ,on time ,reliable and respectful.

The drivers are more engaged in helping make your travel as easy as possible.

I like the fact that I can get to the parking lot relatively easy. When I return from my trip, I’m close to the interstate and can get on with going home quickly. The personnel on the buses are really friendly and very helpful. Even in the early hours of the morning when I drive in I get greeted with a smile!

convenient, close to the airport, and cost. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

Seemless experience every single time!
