It was very easy to make a reservation. Easy to enter, pay and leave. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. I love that there was a cooler of bottled water at the exit. That is a very nice touch.

At the airport, they are there and after long and stressful week traveling, I don't have to wait for the bus to show up.
By the booth, there is a person to help to check in our check out.

I liked that my car was running and waiting under cover.

I had trouble figuring out how to contact you with my verification number but it was ready anyway.

I felt that I waited a while for the bus which is my issue with off-site parking.

Overall, it was a very good experience and I have recommended to friends who are traveling.
