great car to airport service.. picked up at my car at drop off and right outside arrivals and to my car afterwards.
Most Parking Spot personnel are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the JFK bus is slow to arrive at the terminal when I return from a trip and need to return to the parking lot to retrieve my car. This can be frustrating. It seems that not everyone watches the Parking Spot App as I try to request a terminal pickup.
I like the app and being able to book and pay ahead of time for quick check in and check out.
