Car in a secured lot, easy access to van to and from airport, If I get in my car and it has a mechanical issue, I am in a safe place with someone there at all times.

I don't have to deal with airport traffic, yet it's very close to the airport. They pick you up at your car and drive you back to your car. The shuttle was at the airport within 10 min of the time I came out of baggage claim. Plus, our driver sang to us.

Easy to get in and out. Plenty of spaces available upon entering. Our wait time for a shuttle was very reasonable and the drivers were courteous and efficient.

Well protected parking. With ease of check in. And the shuttle drivers are always very friendly and respectful. They add a great image to your experience at The Parking Spot.
We easily found a parking spot, the bus was there quickly and the driver helped load our luggage on the bus. This was our first time to use the Parking Spot and we will be using it again.
The conveinance is good and the availability of lower prices are ok but long term parking is still losing over 50% of the time to rideshare. I am a loyal customer, but I will use the cheapest method for my parking needs. Are there options to park when using JSX? Finally, I would like to note that when checking out, when asked if I wanted a receipt emailed, the computer screen did not provide me the button option to say 'Yes' - in fact there were no options at all. Please correct that. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Note: You need to have deeper discounts for longer term parking. I received an estimate for $300+ for parking at the Spot 2 for 15 days. That's too much money for me to pay.
