I like driving in and parking myself. I like the fact the bus is right there to pick me up to go to the airport. Very efficient.

We’re finding only allowing use of QR codes for entry and exit not user friendly. Our member card was much more user friendly.

Spoke with a customer service rep, Tracy, and she appeased my previous issue. Only issue was pricing, and they helped out. Pick up time, convenience, helping with luggage, and drivers are always great. Never any issues there and customer service went out of their way to help out. Couldn’t ask for more.

What do you like about our services?

We would like to see more handicapped spaces by the Shuttle pick-up areas . Your drivers were courtious but on our return we had to wait for 25 minutes for shuttle number one. We would like to see drivers drop us off by our parking spot itself, we are both handicapped and there were No handicapped spots close to the pick-up areas. We like the check in and check out with the app, it was very fast and convenient.
