Self check in was easy. The shuttle was quick and the driver was courteous. The driver asked if I had everything which made me go back to my car and I had left my phone on the front seat! That saved so much time because I would've missed my flight!

I pull in the covered section, park then go down and get on the shuttle. Easy!
Easy to reserve a spot online. I show up to the lot and use my QR code, gate opens and I am in. Always plenty of spaces available and the shuttles are typically waiting when I get there. The drivers get me to my gate quickly and safely. Return pick up is always a breeze as well and I flash my QR code and out I go once again.

One suggestion....please let customers know that they will need the same QR code to enter and to exit. I had deleted my email and had to search for it when I arrived. That part was not clear and it needs to be.
Convenient. Easy to get to coming off I95. We didn’t have to wait to board a bus going to the airport. Upon arrival, we has just missed a bus passing the terminal, but in just a few minutes, another one pulled up. Driver was courteous and helpful getting our bags onboard.
