The ease of checking in and the quick availability of taking the shuttle bus to the airport. What I was disappointed about was I had booked my parking spot from 3/27-4/3. Unfortunately my 3/27 flight was canceled. I had no control of what happened. I would have expected a courtesy credit for the unexpected cancellation. Nonetheless it was a safe and friendly experience by all employees

I had very good customer service with David Romero from the Century City Parking Spot. I had to cancel a reservation due to a change of plans and he was very helpful in making this happen. I have been a long time member of the parking Spot and travel often. Its nice you have such good people working for you.

The shuttle saw us trying to find a parking place and the driver pointed to where there were some available and he followed us over there and we got right from our car into the shuttle and he is very nice and then when we came back from the airport the airport shuttle was great about the timing and dropped us off right at our car and that was a big parking lot and I was thinking that we would have to probably hoof our way over but we didn’t and since we had three children in tow that was wonderful thank you. We will use you next time.

It's always a easy process when I schedule the days that I'll need to park my car on The Parking Spot safe and secured parking lots. It's even better when I acquire a Free Parking day on my The Parking Spot sign in page or when I can get a % and/or an money off coupon from Groupon.com to use to save money on The Parking Spot website before my trips too.
