Fast friendly

Always spots available and easy shuttling to and from the airport. Prices are usually good.

I like the shuttle taking me right to the airline.

I will say that when I parked there March 30th the driver did not help with suitcases. We had two small children with two women (mom/grandmother) and no help whatsoever. I did not tip like I normally do.

I like that the spot bus shows up quickly after I park in Premium or Standard parking. It's almost always under 3-5 minutes or less.

The ease of booking, convenient parking stalls, frequency of shuttles with minimal wait times all with helpful friendly staff.

We also can’t forget the refreshing complementary water prior to departing for the airport terminal and especially when exiting the Parking Spot parking structure on our drive back home after a long flight.

If this is the standard in service that The Parking Spot offers we will definitely be booking again for our next trip.

All locations are easy to find and access. The drivers are very helpful and pleasant. I've never had any delay issues. The premises are safe and secure.

Very easy to schedule a spot. We came from Tucson and had no issue finding the place. Loved the cover parking, we will use agan in the future and will recommend it to our family and friends.

What I like about the services are the customer service on the telephone as well as the drivers. I appreciate that. This service is at Atlanta airport connecting you to off airport parking. I like the Services because the prices are very reasonable.

What I don’t like is having to basically run from the airport all the way over to the shuttle. This is very very far. The way they’ve set up. The new system is very nice however, maybe there could be some kind of shuttle to get you from baggage claim over to the shuttle. It’s really far.

Also, there was not clear instructions on your website. It made it very confusing for me to find the shuttle. I got on the wrong one and then had to go back to the airport to get the right one. I think clearer instructions on the page when you are needing to get the shuttle would be a great update.
