HOWEVER:
We were disappointed with the driver who picked us up on August 27. His name was Jonathan. We did not find him to be particularly friendly. For one, he did not offer to help us with our luggage. Second: for some reason there was a lengthy detour between the airport and the parking lot. He did not explain to us why he was taking the detour.
If he is still working for you, he needs to be trained so he can become the kind of driver we've come to expect from TPS.
Ease of navigating parking lot, covered parking, shuttle service.
It was a very pleasant experience. Great shuttle drivers, friendly cashiers
I’ve never had to wait very long for a shuttle. The drivers are always really nice.
The ease of the whole process. The first step of booking on line, dropping the car off, help from the shuttle drivers going and coming back and finally calling for a ride back.
I like that the shuttle drivers help with my luggage, getting on and off the bus.

Value, friendly drivers, timely shuttles.
