Very convenient and great shuttle service.

Convenient. Easy to get to coming off I95. We didn’t have to wait to board a bus going to the airport. Upon arrival, we has just missed a bus passing the terminal, but in just a few minutes, another one pulled up. Driver was courteous and helpful getting our bags onboard.

One suggestion....please let customers know that they will need the same QR code to enter and to exit. I had deleted my email and had to search for it when I arrived. That part was not clear and it needs to be.

Shutter pick up went quick for pick up to take me to the airport and again when I flew I the shutter picked up quickly.

We also got service when my car battery was “died”. The shutter driver stopped to ask for help and a man came to help me.

Convenience and location close to the southwest terminal but not in the midst of its roads and traffic.

Pick up and drop off at vehicle. On our return the Driver did not make us wait until the bus was full.

I will continue to use the parking spot as this issue was a rare occurrence. Our shuttle driver, Sanford (8/27/26), was terrible. He went the wrong way to the parking lot, which turned the usual 8-minute drive into 25 minutes. He didn't even get out of his seat to attempt to help with bags at the terminal or at the cars. He also was VERY heavy on the brakes and gas peddles.
