Covered parking easy prompt shuttle
Convenient and if used frequently. A be good price once you hit the platinum level
Reliability and I believe the price is fair. Drivers are very helpful, no matter the time of day.
Great staff easy app. Full car to door service
Great service
Easy in and out plus interaction with staff was very helpful: Booth attendants and drivers
Easy and friendly.
Easy to shuttle to and from airport. Never have a lot wait to be picked up.
The convenience of covered parking & so close to the airport.
As a solo female traveler, I like the ability to take the bus and have my car brought to me versus going and walking in a parking lot. The valet service, the frequent parking club and the hospital employees make it a great experience.
Easy to use online via computer or phone app
great van service to and from the lot & airport
Been using them for years! Even before they were "The Spot"
Prompt, covered parking, easy drop off and pick up.
We like it.

Convenient
Friendly team and quick pick up and drop off.
It is nice to know you can reserve your parking and know the cost. Pickup service was quick, as was payment to leave.
I appreciate this second location!
I realize there's still a bit of construction going on to get the location to 100%. It was a tad confusing exiting the parking area, but the signs were good.
Easy pick up & drop off
Picked up quickly on both ends. Drivers very friendly.
Very professional employees
Proximity to airport,
Reasonable wait time for a late night or early morning pick up.
Very prompt
Easy.
Parking was close to the airport. It was easy to find in the wee hours of the morning. The spots were clear in which to park. Pricing was decent.
Prompt Pick in the lot and at the airport with any undue delays.
It is a very easy process to reserve, enter and exit; however parking was challenging. It took us a while to find a parking spot.
Don’t have to wait long for bus
Entering and leaving the parking structure is fully automated and a breeze. The shuttle drivers always carry our luggage into the shuttle and out again at the terminal. Always a parking space is always waiting for us. Discounts are what me allows to have my own personal freedom driving instead of a pay driver to LAX.
Convenient and reliable. Drivers are quick to pick you up and are helpful with luggage! I’ve always encountered happy drivers (they must love their job!). I like that I can earn points, book a reservation and easy in and out with the confirmation QR codes. I have traveled for business many, many years and also for leisure and this is the only place I park!!
Easy to get to, close to the airport, frequent shuttles, pleasant drivers.
