I nearly always use the Parking Spot. I like the convenience. However, I wish you had warned me about the construction, closed exit and rerouting required to get to the MCI location BEFORE I just blindly stumbled upon it. Seems like an important detail to include as part of the email reminder regarding upcoming travel. So overall, you get a nine, but on that element, I would give you a zero.

TPS has always provided excellent domestic service. Recently I had a challenging experience with the international service and TPS responded immediately both by phone and email. They promptly addressed the issue and compensated us for the inconvenience. I appreciated the time and effort to correct the issue and will continue to use their services.

Would like to suggest sending some buses directly to the last couple of terminals. We often have to wait due to the other buses being full.
