I like the app and that I'm able to prepay with a discount. It's easy to find a parking spot and the bus comes quickly to take me to the airport. The pickup at the airport is equally easy. The drivers are pleasant and helpful!

This was my first time using the Parking Spot. I loved it and will use it everytime I fly out of Lovefield. The booth attendant was kind, I loved being picked up and dropped off at my vehicle. And everyone was very friendly.
