The transport both to and from the airport happens without a long wait. The drivers are always friendly. The phone app makes changing the length of stay easy and letting the driver know that you are ready to be taken back to your car very simple.

What i DONT LIKE is the scheduling a reservation on the computer
I have had numerous difficulties with entering dates

What i do like at the Denver East facilities are the drivers who helpful and polite buses get in on time sometimes pickup on the East side gets a lot of return riders where i have had to a fair amount of time for the next bus
And PLEASE GET THE EXIT LANE OUT OF THE FACILITY CHANGED a lot of us head to E470 which is a left turn and you exit us a right turn

I am pleased with the quality of service from parking Spot, just as I was with Parkn’Fly. I have never had to wait more than 19 minutes for the shuttle service and the drivers are always polite and helpful. They all drive safely and the price is very reasonable.

Friendly drivers. Efficient service to and from airport. With self checkout I do miss the bottle water on the way out. Was always a nice perk.

The Parking Spot was recommended to me by a coworker. I could not have asked for better service. Pick up shuttle was at my car before I ever got out after parking, took my luggage and had me promptly delivered to the airport. When I returned to Columbus and got to the shuttle pickup, I opened The Parking Spot App and immediately had confirmation that the shuttle knew I was waiting and was on the way. I could watch the shuttle traveling and my pickup was prompt. I was delivered back to my car seamlessly. I will recommend The Parking Spot to others and use again myself!
