Very convenient

Fast , Reliable , cost effective ; ground and transport crews helpful and courteous.

This was our first time parking in the West location vs the South location. We found it to be pretty nice. There was a lot of availability of parking spots and the buses ran very frequently, which was appreciated. It makes sense, but I don't like the route the buses take to and from the airport in the lot - going from open parking spots to covered and then out, and then vice versa when coming back. It feels like it eats up a lot of time.

This was so convenient and 1/2 the price of parking at the terminal. They drop you right at the door and the drivers were very friendly! I think I waited maybe 2 minutes when I got back. Thats how quickly and shuttle arrived. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Fast pick ups and easy to park.

Everyone was very friendly from checking in, to the drivers, and checking out. I was in a jam since my car battery had died. A wonderful man who works at The Parking Spot North helped me out and got me on my way home. Thank you to everyone that works here!

The love that the vans come around often at the airport - no long waits. My only criticism is there is no way to tip the driver unless you carry cash. Most of us don’t carry cash anymore. Yes, there is a place on your website to do that, by the drivers (more than one) said they never see those tips. You should allow them to post their own personal Venmo on the bus for those of us who tip when we receive good service.
