I like the convenience and being picked up and dropped off at my own car and not having to wander around searching for my car. I prefer your lot to the covered long term parking at the airport. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Will continue to park my car with The Parking Spot

When I was having problems getting my card to load, there was someone available right away to help me out. In addition, the shuttle drivers were very friendly and efficient.

Easy to navigate and the app works great to schedule ahead with no issues. Also the parking lot is easy to navigate with signage making it easy to get out. Shuttles are readily available

Very efficient

Lots of spots available including end caps for people like me who don't want to park close to others. The shuttle seems to always be there when we need it on both outbound and return, which is great. The new app is very cool so you don't have to fumble with a phone call to the location to ask for a shuttle.

Love the preferred parking. You are the first to be dropped off and there is usually nobody else leaving at the same time. Will park at The Parking Spot South every time I travel.

I've been parting there since it was a Budget car rental business in the 1980s. So, I'm accustomed to it. I like the features they have added along the way. The loyalty program, and the ability to reserve a spot in advance are appreciated.

Fast, friendly, and helpful customer service, A reminder card of where parked is convenient. A water upon exiting is always wonderful for the drive. And I often have a coupon for a lesser daily fee.
