Drivers are always helpful and friendly; i never have to wait too long for a bus; proximity to the airport is great; love being able to get a water as I leave; love scanning in and out.

The ease of the whole process, especially woth the app. My last trip, I was picked up quickly and made it to the terminal quickly. On my return, there was a shuttle already waiting to pick up.
