For it being my 1st time using it. It was better than uber and cool to take me in vehicle back home after the flight and not have to wait. Definitely will use this from now on! I will suggest that the shuttles don’t pack down the busses with too many passengers but other than that, this is the way to go.

I was very happy that the driver at the time ensured me that I was in the right spot. I wasn't quite understanding the message I received when I scanned my QR code - something about parking in the uncovered area, and I wasn't sure which way I was supposed to drive, etc. but it all worked out.
The app was Very easy to use, efficient and the driver was there ready for us and we didn't have to make phone calls or wait for them to come get us from the airport like the other service we have used.
Knowing I have a parking spot reserved and having the bus ready for me when I get there.
