I purchased a vehicle from Don Franklin Auto a few months ago, and at that time I received a voucher for a free oil change for my vehicle. I called and was scheduled for this service, and the scheduling was a plus for me. This allowed me to plan for this in line with events for the day.
I was met with a professional service tech--Hollin--who was courteous and helpful. The service was provided in a timely manner and I was given an update on my vehicle as being in great working condition, and given information regarding the next projected oil change and servicing that might be needed at that time.
This is my first time dealing with Don Franklin Auto as a dealer, and with the Service Dept.
I have been satisfied on both counts.

Your service department people are courteous, respectful, know what they're doing and not taking advantage of me. I have been to dealerships where they have tried to convince me that my vehicle needed things that I knew for a fact were not needed. Your people have never done that!! Be proud. It's refreshing to deal with honest people.

I was very pleased with the service. Jennifer did a wonderful job of communicating to let me know so did not need brake repair or a tire rotation.. The oil change was completed in a timely manner.
