My appointment was with Jennifer. Jennifer is very professional and I know my car will be taken care of. I brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Jennifer reminded me i was due 45,000 mile service. Then she called me for I needed rear brakes. She also alerted me on next visit I will need front bakes. My Titan truck takes about 7 quarts of oil for an oil change The receipt shows a charge for 5 quarts of oil. I was assured the correct amount of oil was added
