Collin was a perfect sales representative. He was available and knowledgeable, but never pushy. Walt - aka “Cupcake” - was the most thorough and helpful person that I have ever dealt with when demonstrating the features of a car, and I have bought many cars. These two individuals made it a very nice experience. My only negative was the dealerships unwillingness to take the extra step to get a Friends of Coal tag for the vehicle. Every other dealership in the state of Kentucky that I have purchased from has been willing and able to accommodate that request. This will affect my decision of where to purchase in the future. I gave the 10 for Collin and Walt. The sharp, not gonna happen, attitude on the tag would have earned you a 1. Hope this feedback is helpful.

The service department doesn’t try to ‘sell’ you service you don’t need. In fact, I almost always the one asking them to perform service they will explain to me I don’t need :)

From finding the sequoia on line at Don Franklin dealership everything was great! I inquired about the car within minutes I had a response. I came to the dealership 2 days later and purchased the vehicle. Once I inquired about the vehicle iwas updated constantly. I met a wonderful salesman named Andre he was down to earth straight forward, he worked with me and made the sale happen. The finest financial team ever, got me through the process.
