I appreciate Bryan. I love my 2025 Nissan Rogue Platinum. However, I have a few concerns:

1. No one helped me with the MyNissan app; I had to download and figure it out myself.
2. The tire pressures were 49 PSI after driving 35 minutes from the dealership. (The sticker by the driver's seat indicates 33 PSI).
3. My temporary tag was not secure enough; it blew off on the freeway within a week.

We met the salesman MJ who was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely generous with his time as he not only showed us the Nissan Rogue but accommodated us by showing us the Hyundai Tucson’s as well. Once we decided on the vehicle, MJ and the desk manager Dan gave us a great deal. Mike in finance was also a pleasure to deal with as he was very thorough, helpful and efficient.
We picked up the vehicle the next morning and met with Walt. He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and very personable. He spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we were comfortable with the features and told us to call anytime if we had questions.

This was the third car we have bought from Don Franklin (Santa Fe, Palisade and Rogue) and we could not have had a better experience dealing with MJ, Dan, Mike and Walt while buying the Rogue. We would continue to highly recommend Don Franklin and specifically would recommend each of the gentlemen we dealt with on this particular deal.
