Drive up registration
Ron and Jennifer are simply delightful! They make oil changes and car repair easy. I never thought I’d be one to have work done at a dealership, but now I cannot imagine going back to Valvoline or whatever mechanic I can find! I know it’s a bit more expensive, but the experience and trust is nice.

Fast and efficient
My extended family and I have traded w/ Don Franklin on Richmond Rd. for 30+ years (with the majority of time when owned by Glenn). We were very pleased with all aspects of service with Glenn and GREATLY relieved when Don Franklin continued with great service. Purchasing new or used has always been straight forward, with the last several years ably handled by Eric McDonald and his able assistant (get'r-Done Walt).
ALL, and I mean ALL, of the vehicles recommended to me by the sales associate, Cordarius Wheeler were exactly the vehicles I preferred. My preference were minimalistic, low mileage (used car), darker color/finish, and perfect for a solo bachelor.

My service advisor is nice and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to keep you informed as the appointment proceeds. Your website is difficult to use for scheduling service and I would rather just call and speak with my service advisor.

After my initial purchase from Don Franklin, I've been back twice so far for regular maintenance, oil changes, tire rotation. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about my vehicle and its maintenance needs without being pushy or condescending. I will continue going back for my Pathfinder needs.
