It my second Nissan Murano, I highly like this car,
It my first car that I bought on Don Franklin in Lexington.
It is always a pleasure to come there, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, I never had any problem with the service, and what is important to me they never take service time longer than they promised, the work is always done on time.

I worked with Ben and he helped me out tremendously! My family has all bought from here and he did not disappoint. Went in looking for a certain kind of car and he was straight up about the issues he’s seen with certain brands. Ended up getting a 2018 Camry at an amazing price. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy! I will absolutely be back

Kind of not very happy cause there was a nail in the tire and a rotation was done but nail not mentioned as well as a $25.00 charge that was supposed to be cover with the type of warranty I purchased next time service is done papers will be at hand for questions about additional charges.

I'm always greeted warmly upon arrival in the service area. Hollin is always professional, friendly, and helpful. He doesn't sugar-coat the information he needs to give but gives his report efficiently and succinctly. He answers my questions when further explanation is needed.

Ron is a fantastic service advisor! I cannot imagine not buying another Nissan for my next car, as I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else in the service dept. He is a huge asset to your dealership.
