MJ Carpenter was super nice and welcoming in my journey in finding a car. HE helped explain everything to me and helped me through the financial process amazingly. Everyone there was super nice and welcoming as well and were willing to help me with everything.

Well, having worked there in the 80's long, long before it became Don Franklin Nissan, all I can say is they have done a wonderful job with the process of purchasing an automobile. You know how the whole thing feels like a scoping of your digestive track???

Well, they are the opposite. They got me in. We did the deal and they got me out. I think the whole thing took 2-3 hours tops.

Bob Glass is a true "good guy" and i really enjoy working with him. The has taken me to 100% twice now. Thanks Bob. Love the new Murano!
