I am not happy with the fact that the problem with the three cylinder turbo engines have been documented and the dealership still sells those vehicles. I don’t have the confidence in the car as I did when I purchased the car. I wonder when the engine is going to stop and strand me on highway. As you notice I don’t want this to be shared publicly. I just answered your question honestly.

The service advisor and the rest of the team were professional, courteous, and took the time to go over everything in detail. The facility was clean, organized, and comfortable—which made the wait more pleasant.
Even though the service was a bit expensive, I appreciated the thorough explanation of what was being done and the follow-up to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. This kind of attention to detail gives me confidence that our vehicle is in good hands.
Overall, I was very pleased with the products and service and would definitely recommend them to others needing high-quality maintenance or repairs.

I purchased my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from Don Franklin Nissan in 2018. I live in Mount Sterling and continued to bring my SUV for regular service because I trust the Service Department and their professional opinion. I also like the idea of having original Nissan products to replace my auto parts that need to be replaced. I definetly like the customary computer hookup to find things that need to be serviced.
