I've only brought my car here since I've owned it with the exception of maybe two times due to horrible weather. The comparison was miles apart, the other place had slow service, the price wasn't correct, I had to call to find out it was ready. Everything I'm not used to having to think about when I come to Don's service area. It's fast, easy, they explain everything and are always friendly.

I like the new waiting area. I like that most of the service team is knowledgeable and friendly. I don't like that they just spray the car off. The new facility should have built a small car wash for the service department. I'm not saying it has to be state of the art but a simple wash and dry.
