Ross has been excellent to work with both times I’ve bought a vehicle from Don Franklin. He has gone above and beyond “today’s” typical customer service and that’s the PRIMARY reason I bought from DF. I was actually about to write a check at another dealership in TN when he hustled to get the best deal he could on a vehicle outside of his location. Customer service in Columbia from sales to service has been great! The lady in finance in Somerset (Amber maybe?) also had excellent customer service. When we discovered 3rd row didn’t have car seat hooks, she immediately began searching the internet for help! Not her “job” but she jumped in it to help. Ross and Amber both are to be commended and should be used as examples for Don Franklin as a whole as to what a repeat customer like myself expects, appreciates and will continue to work with.
I have NEVER owned a Ford prior to today’s purchase of my 2021 Explorer. All of my family has always driven Chevy vehicles. My daughter and son-in-law introduced me to the Fords. I was surprised with the ease of handling and the amenities available on the vehicle I tested and purchased. I had previously purchased a Honda Odyssey at your business. Ross was my salesman and I trusted him and still consider him a family friend to this date. He was not working when my daughter arranged for the deal with the Explorer I bought. Jordan was the salesman for this deal and I learned to trust him also. All personnel I encountered were great.
