I like the vast selection. I like that if you find a vehicle at another dealership that’s in the Don Franklin network that you can transfer that vehicle to your local dealership. Although I did not purchase at my recent trip I will be doing my business with Tommy Stearns at the Columbia Ford location whenever I locate a vehicle I would like to purchase. Unethical and unmoral people like Tim Hardwick and especially Aaron McCloud at the Columbia Nissan dealership could learn some lessons on how to treat a customer from the Columbia Ford dealership. I was fortune enough to have purchase 2-3 vehicles from Don before he pass several years ago. It is nice to know that Tommy and the Ford dealership in Columbia still carry on Don’s tradition of treating the customer right. He’s probably rolling over in his grave knowing what Tim and Aaron are doing to his name at the Nissan dealership.

The team, first to last, top to bottom, is highly professional yet equally friendly and consumer-interest/concerns/care oriented. They are very motivated to meet any need. I recommend them, products and services, to everyone without reservation.

I have driven Ford cars or trucks since 1962. They have always been dependable. As far as Don Franklin Ford my late husband and I have used no other dealer since we moved to Russel Springs in 1999. Always get good, friendly and helpful service.

Adam has always went above and beyond what I could expect someone to do. He has always answered all my questions honestly and quick, even when he's at home he responds to me. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but when I'm looking to buy a vehicle, he is thr first one I call. I can't recommend him enough.
