I love my 2021 Explorer that I purchased from Don Franklin in London. Got a great deal and the service was awesome. I take my Explorer to Don Franklin in Columbia for my oil changes and a repair which was under the extended warranty. The service there is great. The service guys are professional and explain everything they have done when they are finished with it. They are very friendly too.
