Ordered an item online to be picked up at the store. Within 30 minutes I received a call telling me that the item was available to be picked. The caller was very friendly and informative. Picking the item up the next morning was easy and simple. The store contained many different types and varieties of bikes. Will share that information with my gift recipient.

The Richfield staff has always been knowledgeable about the products they carry. I was impressed when a size I was looking for was not in store, they offered to get it from another store to save me a trip cross town. I am also impressed with the gear suggestions as most of the staff ride regularly and have tried many of the options available in store. This is always my first stop for all my biking needs.
