Jason (I think this is his name...the mechanic who worked last Sunday with the long hair and usually wears a stocking cap) is simply awesome. Always helpful, educates me about my bike, and shows me how things work. Really appreciate all he does. Easy to work with and I always leave feeling like a) my bike is fixed, and b) I know more about how my bike works.

Great service! I got blown off previous at Erik's and you guys took great care of me for a small sale ($400 in gloves, shoes and helmet). Not sure of the guy's name but he was great.

I was referred to freewheel and specifically, Jason. Luck of the draw he was the one who was free to help with my stumpy and some problems with the derailleur. He was able to make and adjustment, and explain what was going on with it. I also had some questions about new tires, Jason was extremely helpful in looking at different tires and helped pick tires that will work for what I was needing. Will absolutely be coming back to Freewheel in the future.

I brought in a kid's bike to get the tube replaced. I was planning on dropping it off and coming back later to pick it up. The staff repaired it immediately and said that it would be completed in 5 minutes. They kept their word. I paid while it was being serviced to make it a simple get and go.

I really appreciated stopping in with a simple request—a slow-leak tire that needed a tube replaced—and was able to walk out with my tire in hand 10 minutes later. I had neither the tools nor knowledge nor time to figure it out, and the cost was reasonable and the service folks were friendly. Thanks!
