Always friendly and helpful staff. I went in to buy a holder for my flare tail light as I got a new saddle and the current model didn't fit under the seat. They looked it up and said they wouldn't have it available for 4 months so he wen and took it off a trial bike and sold it to me. That is why I always shop at Freewheel
