I asked them to build a Trek Precaliber 12 within an hour while balancing other customers and builds. I realized a half hour later that I needed a Trek Precaliber 16 which needed to be built. They were happily able to complete the TP16 build within 30 minutes insisting it wasn’t an inconvenience. Fantastic service.
