Fast friendly professional

I don’t feel uncomfortable walking in, as it doesn’t feel like a high pressure sales room. The staff are helpful and answer all questions. They give time to think and come back if you need more time. Again, no pressure, just helpful. They all seem to like their jobs and want the customer to be happy.

Good value, generous time

I really appreciated the individual service provided by the staff member that helped me. He thought broadly about my goal to start touring with an older bike, helped me get what I needed to reach that goal, helped me understand my next steps in prepping for a short trip.

Tom did a great job w my maintenance job. Listened to what I needed it done, got it done in a time that I needed and he promised and Dave was very friendly and helpful at checkout.
