The people! The say/do ratio is impeccable. Tyson, Cody and Jason are amazing. Although, everyone is always willing to help out and has a great attitude. The loyalty program is to notch. By far the best purchasing experience we have had purchasing a bike. We have purchased in the past from Erik's, OneTen Cycle, and some other smaller shops and we were extremely pleased with the service at the store. It was great. In this era of every shop in china shipping e-bikes to your door, go to a retailer who know bikes and sells bikes make by a bike company not a garage operation.
Their staff knows what to do, service is great and prices reasonable

Always friendly and helpful staff. I went in to buy a holder for my flare tail light as I got a new saddle and the current model didn't fit under the seat. They looked it up and said they wouldn't have it available for 4 months so he wen and took it off a trial bike and sold it to me. That is why I always shop at Freewheel

The store's technicians and management are the best! I will be going out of my way to always go to the store. They're always stocked on good inventory too. Definitely make sure to sign up for their rewards program.
