I went online to purchase a helmet and had difficulty with the "checkout" process. I kept getting an error message.
I called and was instructed to use the chat for assistance. WOW! What AMAZING customer service. Allison CB not only helped me complete the order but actually called the store that had it in stock to be sure it was still available. After that she sent me a note to confirm that the helmet was available.

I can't say enough good stuff about the mechanics. They are the most convenient store to me, but twice this year, they solved & fixed 2 complicated issues I was having on 2 different bikes. Their attention to detail amazes me & both times, I felt like I had a brand new bike afterwards. Everytime they fix something, they point out where the problem was & how they fixed it & what I can do to prevent future issues.
