The fast service was great and much appreciated. I called the shop in Eagan MN on either the Saturday or Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The Proofride conditioning oil/creme arrived the following Tuesday, and I picked it up at the Eagan store.

We went in looking for a particular bike. However we were suggested to try some other options too. I walked out with a different bike than I came in looking for. I love it!

I really enjoyed shopping at Freewheel Bikes. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable with solid recommendations for bikes and gear without a lot of pressure to upsell. My larger-size (tall guy here) ebike purchase was shipped in days, and I was on the road and enjoying it less than a week from ordering. The folks there walked me through all of the features and operation. It was put together with care, and I got a free service I can use within a year. 15% off gear when I purchased the bike got me some nice accessories at a cheaper price as well.

I so appreciate their consistent, friendly customer service to ALWAYS listen patiently to any questions or concerns that I have~and then taking the time to offer their best solutions/advice. Such a luxury to have expertise that I can trust while never trying to upsell me.
