Experience buying the bike was great. Was sad to see a scratch on it upon delivery. It took me a week to look at it and ride it because I was sick. Finally got to it today and see a scratch probably from where is was locked up in the van. Oh well. Thought you’d like to know.

I went online to purchase a helmet and had difficulty with the "checkout" process. I kept getting an error message.

Allison CB not only helped me complete the order but actually called the store that had it in stock to be sure it was still available. After that she sent me a note to confirm that the helmet was available.
