Exceed our expectations!!! We were looking for a bike for our 5 year old. He found the bike and color he wanted. Freewheel in Egan had it. We called, and asked them if they could pull it off the floor, and we would be in that afternoon. When we arrived, they had the bike ready, and they even had a sign on the bike with my son's name on it. They really made his day extra special. We can't thank you enough!! Great work!!

I purchased the Verve 3 and love the design, comfort, and quality. Cody greeted me when I entered the store. He was knowledgeable and very helpful which made my buying experience even more enjoyable.

We took our E-bikes in for a yearly check and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff are so knowledgeable, approachable and always willing to answer all of our questions.

Staff seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I spend a lot of money on my bike and they keep it running in top form as I break different parts. They are cost conscious regarding their recommendations for replacement parts. If I ask about more expensive higher end parts, they seem to help me make a good decision. They balance ride with cost and comfort.

I review new bikes with them, and they take the time to explain why this or that on the bike.
