Service is second to none! I recently had 2 separate and independent encounters with 2 different employees who both blew me away with their knowledge and their commitment to customer service. They educated me about tuning my bike and didn’t want a dime for it. I have found my new favorite bike shop.

This was my first visit since the change from Penn. So far so good. The only thing I didn't like was Penn Cycle only left its customers names, not our bike and service history.

They carry a good selection of everything you need, plus there is this really awesome and hot guy First name removed that works there.
