Great service. Bike is back to the stealthily silent ride it was when I bought it. LOVE THAT. Also stellar, they delivered in half the expected time. Like the buy three get one deal on tubes. Staff very friendly, and doing a great job with COVID-19 precautions.
Would have rated a 10 if the shop would have honored the bought it there discount. Freewheel appears to have my history from Penn, and I reminded them twice. This time I am chalking it up to new guy at the register when I brought it in, as the shop had to call to sort out details about work to be done.

Brought bike in for tire swap late morning unannounced. Bike finished in an hour along with minor maintenance performed. Guys were great. Keep up the good work. Also reasonable price.
